I figured I would go ahead and add these lifts to my total even though they are not 1RMs:

BW: 180 - bench press 255:

Just because you haven't seen anybody taping themselves is no reason not to do it. I lift in a serious gym, where people take their technique seriously. I've seen at least 80% of the members of my gym taping themselves at one time or another. Some of them tape every single set and review the footage during their workouts to make adjustments.

thanks, fenn. I got greedy and failed on 500 right after that. Should've just gotten 475 (current pr) on tape instead... oh well.

Is this a good pull? It looks like it might be hitched and may not be completely locked out. This was done on literally 2 hours of sleep and it was one of the hardest pulls I've ever done. Honestly not sure if it counts or not, you guys decide.
