Say I am going for muscular endurance...

Should I do the same amount of weight for like 20 or however many until failure, or should I do like 20 then adjust the weight? What I am asking is like if I am working for endurance how much should the weight change between sets.?

Adding 39lbs per set is the only way to add muscular endurance. No more, no less.

I wouldn't train until failure. Each set may vary from 5-20 lbs per set
