good thread, how about some links too ( or a link to a thread about... ) good exercise form for the main lifts?

Its good to get new lifters using good form for the start, better than trying to break bad habits!

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm

and www.exrx.net have some exercise photos and videos maybe some direct links to squat, dead etc's done with good form?

Since there are a million new "comment on my routine" threads cropping up, it seems that people are not satified with the information in the FAQ on the topic of routine design/pre-designed routines:

alot of the links on that page do not work. especially all of the ones under Powerlifting. there are also a ton of how to get the GUNZ bigger and bodybuilding training in there and i think that could confuse even more people that come here and it also doesnt represent what we stand for here.

Most of the PL links (and most of the others) work for me. And I don't see why one couldn't reference a page that advertises big gunz if there are other good links on the page. t-nation has a shit load of bodybuilding articles, I don't start boycotting the site because of that.

In this workout:

Day one: Deadlifts
Deadlifts 5X5
One or two deadlift assistance exercises
Upper body pull exercise (eg. BORs or pullups)

Day Two: Bench
Bench Press 5X5
One or two bench press assistance lifts

Day Three: Squats
Squats 5X5
Front Squats 3-4X6
Whatever ham/lowback/quad assistance you’d like, but keep it limited

What days do you do biceps and traps?
