Cool, I also felt since this is S&P it would be better to not have a link to a bb site.

Great idea, even if you were to just link up to some logs which demonstrated various training methodologies (ie someone on a 5x5, someone on big weightloss, a skinny guy gaining weight, a fighter and a powerlifter) it would probably help out quite a bit.

How about adding a link to Urbans website? Also maybe a little more in the way of Ab work, like how often to do it, how many seperate exercises per session and how many sets/reps. Also ive seen 3 or 4 different variations of FCT, which one of these is best for a boxer/kickboxer in developing power?

How about a little on what to look for when joining a gym? I only say this because i have just realized my gym sucks. It is, no bullshit, 90% machine weights to 10% freeweights, one squat rack and ZERO power cages. There also isnt anywhere to do deadlifts, they packed so many machines into the place you literally can not to deadlifts anywhere.

I also had a session with a trainer there that didnt know his ass from a hole in the wall. He dindt know what a 5x5 program was and he also suggested i do all eccentric(sp?) lifts with low weight and 15-20 reps to gain explosiveness. Not saying i know my ass from a hole in the wall either, but the guy had no business being a personal trainer.( i know this has no business in this thread but i had to bitch about it to someone.)

freshers - people in their first year at a university, there's a big fair thing where they all turn up and find out what clubs and societies they can join. I was stood there trying to get people to join and resisiting the urge to kill the drunk guy (at 3 in the afternoon) who wanted me to start a fight with the guys at the tkd stand.

Arsed - bothered.

Update - bacon got it right.

Cody- some nice ideas (although Urban's site is linked already) I'll get on them, hopefully after I get back for mthe fair today.
