The problem is that Carnal's excellent thread on grip training is no longer up and that was my intended source of grip training knowledge.

Also, I liked this thread (below) by Lusst "Callous Maintenance", maybe this can be in the misc. category along with should I wear a belt, what kind of equipment do I need for a gym, etc....

oh you could make a link with poeples routines and get the regulars to "rate" them or
put a brief description about why its good/bad what the goals are. how they could be improved
