I'd add the following:

Also, I liked this thread (below) by Lusst "Callous Maintenance", maybe this can be in the misc. category along with should I wear a belt, what kind of equipment do I need for a gym, etc....

oh you could make a link with poeples routines and get the regulars to "rate" them or
put a brief description about why its good/bad what the goals are. how they could be improved

Thats the article I was looking for when I grabbed those links for Smashius but I couldn't find the bastard, so I ended up linking the BB.com one. Thanks for the link, I'll bookmark it this time.
