chin up advice?
I cant seem to pass 22 chin ups. I'm trying to get to 25 or 30 to be ready for the police academy if they ever call. I've tried multiple sets with short rests, pull ups(also stuck at 22), and a 100 pulls a day.
Got any ideas? Thanks

speed sets?
weighted chins?
if they let you kip or cheat, i say work those cheater techniques.
not trying to be anti-police (because i've rolled BJJ with a lot of law enforcement and 99% are good guys with great stories) but i'd be surprised to know 90% of police are able to do 30 chins.

i think thats the max out part for the academy, maybe he wants to do the best possible on each exam, nice goals

If you're able to do 22 chins without cheating, you have enough darn endurance, at least in that area. Now get bigger and stronger.

I'll never pass the police exam if I have to do 22 chins. I'd be fucked.

holy shit thats an insane improvement , i thought going from 7 to 15 in a month in a half was insane (what i did) but thats better
