Routine:
Im gonna try to shed some fat.
1---
close grip bench 4x3x en 3x4x next week
power snatch
back squat 4x3x en 3x4x
2---
rust
3---
unilateral / oh squat
db werk / bw werk
grip werk
ab werk
calve werk
4---
rust
5---
push jerk 5x2x
deadlift 1set
pause squat / pin squat 5x2x
6---
shit like:
car push
sled pull
heavy carries
lunge walks
circuit
tabata
sprint
...
7---
rust
Now:
-is it possible to cut on this?
-should i start low, and leave room for progression (like in bill starr, rippetoe) or not?
-is it overkill?
Goals:
-cut a lil bit
-push press / jerk up
-explosiveness
-conditioning
Stats: just maxed last week on 115bench, 171 sq, 200 dead, 85 strict oh, bw 85

How fat are you? If not too fat you can easily gain muscle and shed fat at the same time doing something like Starting strength. Hell I'm still doing this after one year of lifting.
My opinion: Don't design your own program if you don't have lifting experience, makes no sense.

-No, but it depends on the individual
werk = work

I would think it'd be easier to shed fat and gain muscle at the same time the fatter and weaker you are at the start.

I'm not too fat, wouldnt know the % (20??)
Starting strength is adding 3x pw weight on the bar with squats, and i'm past that.
Last routine i did, i made myself and made significant gains.

He must be talking kilos if he lists his weight as 85, unless he's a midget.

It is, I was just thinking from a priorities point of view. I just put it in an unclear way, I thought it might confuse people but didn't edit.
