A single one of Keiths mustache hairs is stronger than a 1" diameter steel cable.

Occasionally those guys need a reality check. Hell, I'm ANXIOUS to see the first episode of Joe's versus Pro's. I want to see the guy who thinks he can get by Bill Romanowski. The "ouch" is already at the tip of my tongue.
DUDE! When does that show start? I heard something about it this morning on ESPN radio.

Rumour has it that certain varieties of Thai spiders use a form of silk genetically indistinguishable from Keith's moustache hairs. To catch elephants.

Keith Wassungs' moustache hair - the new Chuck Norris?

At 165 lbs, I can do at least 5 handstand pushups, without a wall, and I dont think I could lockout 165 once.

Whatever your weight, I would guess you could crank out a few of those if you have ever worked on your handstand.
It's not a clear ratio, but a seated OHP is easier than a handstand pushup, and a standing OHP is harder than a seated press

Did you do any aesthetic plyometric exercises to train to be able to walk on your hands for that far?

I ask because I'm going Pro in Boxing, and find myself lately fascinated with agility and BW strength-training. I just have this notion it'll make my balance and delivery of natural punching power very acute in the ring.

I've been doing Capoeira bodyweight exercises and it helped, and in the past month executed my first hand-stand push-up. People always told me for moves like this you have to have a very strong core but I never really understood how strong until I attempted it. But my balance sucks. Any advice?
Whats a aesthetic plyometric exercise? There are plyometric exercises you can do for boxing, lemme know if you want any, I boxed GG for a cpl years and can help you

Aesthetic = artistic, or more concerned with beauty.

It would mean plyometric exercises centered more around form, and applied form.

Capoeira training would be considered aesthetic, no real combat application, but excellent bodyweight moving that enhances strength of movement and agility.

And it's alright, my Boxing regimen is pretty solid.

If your program is pretty solid, then why did you ask for stuff to do. I'm still not understanding the difference between the type of plyometrics your talking about, and regular, all plyo are based on form, sorry, i'm just a little slow on the uptake today

did Keith Wassung leave Sherdog because people were making fun of his mustache? I liked his articles.
