While personal I do way too much of everything, when I did compete I didn't, so I gotta agree with you bushidoman.
The key is the relaxation. The idea was touched on at T-nation before, that how many studies tout the advantages of having A beer. Is it really the chemical or is it the relaxation that is beneficial. I'd be willing to bet learning how to relax is the important part, not the mode of relaxation. Sauna, hot tub, massage or just a meal good with friends (depending on your friends) can be just as relaxing as weed, a beer, etc. Also as was stated several times regardless of what benefits weed does or doesn't have it's still a banned substance, so if its in your system your gambling with you hard earned W.
