But the question I have, is smoking this stuff (which is not on a daily basis, only a couple hits every couple days) detrimental to my conditioning? Does it make me slow? Is it bad for my muscles? And also does it kill brain cells (cuz one of my buddies told me alcohol does but not the grass, and I dont drink)?
I would really appreciate some answers from some experienced guys or guys who know alil bit more about this than I do.

Okay, here's what I've got to say:
Qutting weed was one of the best things I ever did in my entire life.
I smoked weed all day, every day for about 10 years. By the end of it I was fat as fuck, inactive and miserable. I got winded climbing a couple flights of stairs. I got psychotically irritable when I ran out, and generally dealt with that by getting very drunk. I constantly worried about getting throat/lung cancer. (I may still see one or both of those things come to pass). I thought seriously about killing myself. Life just sucked. Sucked.
It didn't start out that way. It started out as a casual thing, once or twice a week. I really liked it. So it became a little more frequent, and a little more. And I learned to handle my day-to-day life stoned. That's when I started smoking all the time. Because I could get away with it.
Am I saying everyone who smokes weed will end up this way? No.
Am I saying smoking weed is bad for everyone? No.
What I am saying is, you asked for answers and I'm giving you one man's experience.
I liked smoking weed way too much. And I had to give it up. I haven't consumed any weed in any form whatsoever for about 12.5 years.
If -- and note that I say "if" -- you find yourself smoking more and more often, then maybe you should cut your losses and stop.
You're a grown-up, decide for yourself if it's okay.

Well smoking weed isn't good for you and it will have a bit of a negative effect on your training, but that can be said of many things such as junk food, alcohole and prescription drugs.
You just need to make a choice based on how far you want to take your mma and conditioning vs how much you like to smoke weed.
If you're really serrious about mma and want to be the best you possibly can then stop smoking that shit. There's plenty of time for that when your fighting days are over.
If you view mma more as a hobby and really want have a litle toke now and then, the what you're doing now is ok imo.

You don't HAVE to smoke it.
TS:
Look into learning how to make edibles, or buying a Vaporizer. Their expensive considering you're a casual toker, but nonetheless if you care about your conditioning, do it.
Pot doesn't kill brain cells, it scrambles your brain's synapses, or some shit. I personally don't give a damn, I'm too smart for most idiots anyway.

Some people here smoke from time to time. Some smoke a lot. Pariah (where the fuck is he?) and Hunto come to mind. They're both strong. Getting stoned is not a great idea if you're trying to be the best you can be in the ring. That being said, if you like to smoke, then smoke. It's your life.

Stay away from the ganja son; it's bad news. That is good that you don't drink; don't start. If you want to relax after training, you can meditate, take a bath or sauna, drink a lot of water, or have your lady give you a bj. Unless your lady is kinky and into that kind of stuff, it would be a good idea to shower before the bj.
