Question about muscle fatigue

Ever since I moved to the Heavy PL type workouts, I've noticed that my muscle fatigue has significantly decreased in my arms. Is that normal? In all the larger muscle groups, (lower back, quads/legs, glutes, chest) all feel fatigued, but my triceps/biceps feel normal almost the day after training.

But, the biggest parts of my body are those muscles, legs-lowback-chest

My routine goes along this line for Arms as of right now

Bench 5x5
3board 3x6-8
DB incline 3x6-8
skull crushers 3x6-8
kickback 3x10+burnout

curls 3x10

It is perfectly normal and it means that your training priorities are in order. But if you are still concerned about the aesthetic aspect, have no fear. Throw in some chins on pull day for the biceps and some dips on push day for the triceps (I suggest you replace the kickbacks with these). Remember if you focus on movements the muscles will take care of themselves.

Thanks man, I was worried I was "undertraining" and just gaining pumps. I don't really care much about the Aesthetic Part of Lifting. Okay, except for Traps. Those are some bad ass muscles!

Drop the kickbacks and do dips instead, dips are the best for triceps IMO.

As a bonus, do dips while facing away from the machine. Doing this forces you to not lean forward so much, and puts more emphasis on your tri's.

And yeah, kickbacks are for celebrites.

Well my triceps are sore today from yesterday's workout. I think I'll stick with it then and do Dips > kickbacks
