Pushpress /Snatch Challenge
Just wondering if any of you would be down for a Barbell pushpress or a one arm dumbell snatch challenge?
I'm doin well at both of these and really want to exel at em, but it's hard for me to really focus %100 on both of thse lifts simuletanously.
This way I don't have to break my head over which one I wanna focus on, and I get some extra motivation.
so who's down?
