punching power

will doing a workout consisting of deadlifts,squats,bench press, clean and jerks, and military press increase my punching power? i need to drasticly increase my power and i was hoping to double in the next month so i was wondering if this workout will do the trick. i also recently purchased a sledgehammer and a tire and i was wondering will hitting the tire increase my power along with my conditioning? if my workout will not help me please recomend one that will.

The exercises you are doing are good. Sledge swings are a good exercise and will help with conditioning.

But if your punches are weak, the best and most effective way to fix it is to improve your technique.
