will doing a workout consisting of deadlifts,squats,bench press, clean and jerks, and military press increase my punching power? i need to drasticly increase my power and i was hoping to double in the next month so i was wondering if this workout will do the trick. i also recently purchased a sledgehammer and a tire and i was wondering will hitting the tire increase my power along with my conditioning? if my workout will not help me please recomend one that will.
