props to Kevin Kearns!
I am not sure if this is the right forum for this (mods feel free to burn this thread with fire if its out of place) but i just wanted to give a nod to kevin kearns. I was struggling with a shoulder injury for ages (still sore now, months on) and i came across his email address one night.
I emailed him with details of the injury and said did he have any DVDs or books on these sort of injuries, or rehabbing shoulders in general? He got back to me with a few more questions, then i heard nothing for a while.
Next thing, i get an email with a complete workout programme in it, that he has devised for me. I email him back to thank him and i pointed out he hasnt included a price. He responds saying "no charge!" and wishes me well with the rehab! Since then he has emailed two or three times asking how i am doing, how its working out etc.
so, there you go. Great guy and props to him. I just wanted to throw that out there because man, i was surprised, given that he is a full time S&C coach etc.
