i got 340 x 1 on DL on sunday. I didn't try to go higher, but next attempt will be at 350 in 2 weeks because 340 felt good. I really hope to get 405 by the end of this year, that will be really nice.

I watched a porno about 1 hour before training muay thai once and got the deed done, however it turned out to be the worst training session I ever had. I had no energy and fought tooth and nail the whole class to keep up. I am a firm believer in masturbation zapping your energy.

Yesterday I finally broke the 50 reps of tyre flipping in ten minutes barrier. Today my back feels good but I have no grip strength and my forearms are killing me! I don't know what the tyre weighs though.

Your post encouraged me to find out what the tyre (TIRE) weighs.

531 lbs

POST EDITED

The above weight was a typing error the Tyre weighs 431 lbs (195kgs) not 531 lbs.

I just benched 190,but i just turned 16 and i could prob pull off 200, and i weigh 155
