275lb deadlift, up from my previous pr of 210. Pleasing for the pull, but also because when i pulled 210 i felt like my fingers were going to tear loose from their sockets, and holding 275 wasnt even remotely hard.

Im happy cause it proves my grip is still coming along slow and steady.
I just pwned myself this wednesday by doing the above with 122.5kg (270lbs)!

Nicely done Jarfi. I hate doing high rep sets as they get me gassed quickly (the very reason I should be doing them.) Anyway, that is pretty good using an overhand grip. Congrats!

new deadlift PR of 355. i used conventional stance and double overhand. it was all back so perhaps i should just call it a stiff legged deadlift! i cant seem to pull backwards at all.
