I had a week and a half off due to a big cut on my finger. Over the weekend I was able to come back and figured I'd test my 1RM and just about everything. I was happy with the results.
Power Cleans = 215 lbs (+10)
Front Squat = 215 lbs (+20)
Bench Press = 230 lbs (+5)
SOHP = 150 lbs (never did 1RM, but I figured around 140 lbs)
Pullups (Max reps bodyweight) = 11 (+2)
Chinups (Max reps bodyweight) = 14 (+3)
