Sunday - Strict overhead press 75kg (165) x4 would have got a fourth but lost it forward as I was lowering it

Monday - Deadlift 160kg (352) Nice fast easy single, first time I've felt really comfortable pulling from the floor since injury.

bench 240 today, 20 lbs pr.
squat 315x3 new pr, could only so 220 once a month and a half ago.
sohp 185x3 very strict.
dynamic rows 240x3 pr.

im 5ft 9 245lbs and 24 years old.
