Squat - 425 x 4 (weight PR); 315 x 23 (reps PR)

BORs - 365 x 6

Rack pull: 505x1. Used belt and chalk.

Probably could have gotten more, I pulled and it seemed like it wouldn't come up. Stepped back, thought about Carnal's thread on his 700 pull, and went back at it without the straps because they were getting in my way, threw a little chalk on, and it went up without a hitch at all and went up pretty quickly for that weight. I suck at rack pulls, I'm going to get smoked on this part of the contest.
