Fucking nice work mate, now start on the 2.5.

Push press: 90kgs (198lbs)

Failed on 92.5kgs 4 bloody times, easily strong enough just couldn't coordinate the leg drive properly.

EDIT: Also got 45kgs (99lbs) 3 times each way on my wrist roller, turns out smooth steel isn't the best thing for a handle as this is much more a test of my grip than wrist strength, but it's still doing both a lot of good.

Flag for 5 seconds @188lbs.

Really not as hard as it looks. Windmills help.

Hmm... At first I thought it said "Fap for 5 seconds @188lbs"...

But seriously, that's some impressive core strength, Revok!

Only been going for it for about a week. Last time I tried it I was 205lbs so I got nowhere, but being lighter now I was able to get my feet off the floor for a wobbly 2 seconds straight away. I've been greasing the groove each day and it really got easy fast.

The hardest thing is keeping your obliques tight enough to stop your legs dropping. Once they go the body follows.
