366kg/806lbs Chain Yoke Carry for 15m/50ft
20kg PR, its not pretty, I had to dump it a few times but I got it in the end. Now I just have to do it in one smooth run.

Box Squat - 315lbs. Not sure how much of a PR, first time I've done Box Squats in at least 3 years. The funniest part was I lifted more during that then my normal back squat.
