Wow, it's been days since I've been on. Wonderful work everyone. It's good to see big improvements.

I've been doing more endurance work than anything else with this class I'm taking, it's awesome, my cardio is insane now. YEAH! I haven't done any heavy lifting in a while but now I am going to start back into it. Hopefully I will be able to come on here more. PEACE!

I get that question every once in a while. I work for EDS, so my spare time outside of work is virtually non existant. I work roughly 10 to 12 hour shifts and to make matters worse, my position requires that I work both holidays and weekends and that includes Christmas and New Years and every Saturday and Sunday. I'm 28 right now, but in about 5 or 6 years, I plan on hitting the juice hard for at least 2 years. Without a doubt my lifts will have slowly and naturally increased by this time and add to that the assistance of the super serum juice, (and provided that I'm injury free) I'll have some competion worthy lifts.

Speaking of injuries, this last Friday when I hit my PR of the 655 squat, I almost got stuck in the hole, so I forcefully extended my head backwards against my traps and forced myself up in a half way good morning position. As a result I pinched a nerve on the left side of my neck which has left me with a huuuuge migraine on the lower left portion of my head which won't go away. As I type this very moment, my head is throbbing like a bitch, but it's all good considering that the new PR is more than worth it...

feels a bit insignificant to the above, but (all in Kg, weigh in at 80Kg)
squat 127.5 for 5 below parallel*4 sets (last one was a bitch)
bench 107.5 for 1
dl-new to this, 120 for 2, grip went

72.5 kilo power snatch, and 90 kilo power clean and jerk at 66.9 kilos bodyweight.

Missed an attempt on 75 kilos, and two attempts on 95 kilos. My coach, as he has always said, said I need to get stronger legs. Yay for squats

Nice oly lifts. Where's Urban? He'll be impressed. Do you do a lot of olympic lifting in your workout, SKD, or was this just for fun?

Did Powerclean last week of 107.5kg (237lb) and a military press couple days ago of 95kg (209lb) at BW of 88kg (194lb). And 9 handstand pushups today!
