new here but I hit my pr at bench with 330lbs today

and last saturday I hit 450 on the dl

I just registered today but I have been using the advice in here for a while and it has been workin

Power snatched 70 kilos, up 2.5 kilos on my previous best.

Technically it felt pretty good. Not as hard as I would have expected.

I set a new PR last night on the Stiff Legged Deadlift @ 429 lbs for a single. I wish I could've straightened out just a little bit more but I'll take it : )

the otherday: 4xCoC1 (on the 5th rep couldn't get handles go beyond parallel)
