This past Saturday managed DL 205 lbs., 3 reps, 4 sets --> previous PR was 205, 1 rep. Time to shoot for two plates. Or at least 207.5, ha-ha.
Yesterday did front squats 145 lbs., 3 reps, 4 sets --> previous PR was 135, 3 reps, 4 sets. Noob gains are working for me here.
