Bench press: 136.5kgs (301lbs) - I broke 300 lbs, hell yeah!

Ah what the hell, that was easy, let's go again.

143kgs (315lbs) - Just about stalled as it got close to 2/3 of the way up, locked it out though.

13kgs of PRs in one session, not bad for a day's work.
