So i just hit 405! i used a belt but no chalk. failed 410 couldnt lock it out, close though. the grip wasnt a problem but rather the lockout a bit, rack pulls here i come!

I'm still a novice, so the PRs are coming along pretty steadily. Great for motivation, even if the numbers are nothing to brag about.

Bench press 185, 2 reps. New PR by 10 lbs.

Dips BW + 35 lbs., 6 reps. New PR by 10 lbs.
