I'm still a novice, so the PRs are coming along pretty steadily. Great for motivation, even if the numbers are nothing to brag about.
Bench press 185, 2 reps. New PR by 10 lbs.
Dips BW + 35 lbs., 6 reps. New PR by 10 lbs.
