That's sadistic, Brad. Do you do any keg carrying? That's the one for me that brings on feelings of nausea every time. Of course, I've never tried a chain yoke, so I'm tempted now to make one.

Keg carrying no I haven't yet Fatty, although I should get one or two of them.

I will be having an easy day tomorrow because today was huge, in the morning I ran up a steep muddy dirt road dragging a bobcat tyre and wearing a 20kg vest for the first 500m. I dumped them at the 500m mark and run the rest of the 1.3km up the mountain. Once I got to the top I did a ute (small truck/utility) push for 2 minutes.

I only went to training this afternoon to help my mate train with the yoke, as I was feeling pretty flat from the mountain run earlier in the day. But my competitive nature got the better of me! A 200m and a 400m run with my bodyweight on the yoke later I am very sore and exhausted! Tomorrow will be a light day FOR CERTAIN! lol

Speaking of sadistic my mates original idea was a challenge of a 1.2km yoke carry, there is no way I am up for that yet!

I don't think I've ever puked from training before, but I come really close when doing zercher carries with my yoke. I dunno what it is but I feel terrible after doing them. So to punish myself, I put zercher carry in the middle of a medley, and had to flip a tire afterwards. Needless to say....it was fun!

Keg carries come in a close second.

Just got some new PR's today actually,

ATF Squats - 315x5
DL's - 325x5 (strapped, but PR nonetheless)

I haven't done ME workouts in a while, I'm gonna try to get some more max effort workouts in, but these are my accomplishments for now.
