Sweet, I think it is just what I need for my deadlifts because whenever I am maxing out, and attempting to lock it out, my grip gives before my back does and the bar slowly falls out of my hands. What else is chalk good for besides deadlifting?

Use it anything where you want a firm grip on the bar and think that sweating may hinder your grip (cleans, snatches, BORs, heavy benching, overhead presses, etc, etc) I've even seen some lifters chalk their back when squating and some Oly lifters chalk their collar bones to help the bar grip on the catch for cleans.

245 BOR 20 lb PR. It wasn't as strict as I would have liked but it was pretty damn close.

Friday I max on bench(185lbs for reps) hopefully I'll hit 15 or so. BW 160

Every DL workout has been a 5 lb pr lately, but last night got a 15 lbs pr.

Long way to go, but still going.

BW 157, DL 260lbs x 5 reps.
