Thanks a lot! My friend (divison 1 wrestler, he is in pretty crazy shape) was telling me that he does a romanian dead lifts over conventional deadlifts (Idk whether he said he likes them better or just for personal injury reasons), he was describing them for me in the car tonight actually but I didn't really understand how they are executed. Can anyone describe them please?

Do you know how to do a GM? It's like that except in the deadlift position - While keeping your back arched (try and keep your back arched on RDLs rather than flat) stick your butt back as far as your hamstring flexibility will allow with a bend in your knees.

Two new PRs tonight,
Squats 407 lbs / 185 kg for 20 reps (To parallel or just under, not ass to grass).
5 mins rest then
Leg Press 30 reps with 727 lbs / 330 kg.

I almost lost the squats on rep 17 but I steadied myself and finished the set. I had a bit of a head spin by the end of the squats.

Good shit matsumi! Those 20 rep squats are a real nut buster.

I set a PR this evening, DL'd 365 x 2. It was a pretty big jump since last time's 335 x 2, I guess I just had it all together today. 400 barrier will be broken in short order. Now if I can just get my squat in better shape...
