well what do you mean...isn't a dip a dip? Maybe I go to far down when I do them..I'm not sure

Probably because your anterior isn't flexible enough.

When I do dips, front part of my shoulders feel like they gonna rip.

160 lb snatch mother fuckers! 10 lb PR. I took 2 attempts at 165 but failed... I blame the 4 sets of heavy squats, and 10x2 @ 145 snatch worksets that preceded it. I think I'm good for 170 really. But I'll save that for another day.

bench 5rep today was plates and 35's. I feel like a pussy cause im not even doing doubles haha. I worked pretty hard in the gym today so I'm happy for that atleast. Power cleaned, benched, lat pulldown, longpull, leg pressed and owned the bear squat. I had like 9 plates on that mofo
