If you drop back under the bar after using your leg drive it's more of a jerk than a push press.

Push press you just use leg drive. With jerks (split, push, etc.) you use leg drive to start the lift, then drop back under the bar before locking it out.

Dimas does his jerks without splitting his legs.

Well, I havent posted here for a bit but I'm pretty happy about this new pr.
5 deep dips @ bodyweight of 210 + (3 plates) 135 hangning from my waist. I couldve cranked out 1 and maybe even 2 more but I was still a bit sick and didn't want to push to failure.

Next time I'm gonna go for 160 x3. By the way, I've got a weird dip to bench ratio. My max benxh is only 270...it's like I was meant to dip...weird no?
