I should have put these in the other day but here goes for my weak ass PR's.

Decline press
325x3, that's a new triple PR (I think)

Front Squats- ass to grass
275x3 These were all done with good form but the last rep was difficult keeping the core tight.

Anyway, along with my increased strength in front squats comes good strength in Deadlifts. I hope to pull around 500 - 525 by end of summer.

side press - 80 x 2
Strict overhead press - 10x3 @ 140. This came a week ahead of schedule. Felt good just to be able to hammer it out. MORE WEIGHT! 200 here I come!

Clean and press 225! both a clean PR and a push press PR. THAT'S RIGHT BITCHES!! 2 plates for oiban! FUCK YOU COLE! Cole (my lifting partner) has passed my best push press last week with a 215 PP, while I maxed out at 210 thursday. I'd say a 15 lb PR in a week is pretty good progress, plus I BEAT HIM! It's more fun when you have a partner to compete with. I took a shot at 230 but it was a no go after hitting 215, 220, and 225. TWO WHEELS MOTHER FUCKERS!!!

I performed today's lift as a clean and press (the oly complex), but the weight used was more than I've ever cleaned before and more than I've ever pushpressed before.

Honestly, I couldn't tell you. I mean, it's a number of things for sure. Emotionally I'm in a pretty good place right now, nutritionally I'm improving pretty consistently as of late, and mentally I'm so fuckin fired up to be in the gym since the grip comp that I REALLY look forward to getting to the gym every day. I could use some more sleep on a regular basis, but other than that, it's just been balls to the wall and hoping for the best. It helps to have a training partner to compete with too, and even that's been great since I've been coaching him and he's been getting strong enough to compete with me.
