(arnold voice)Carnal is massively deadlifting weights. Maybe when he quits being a girly man he can move up in weight like me. I'm doing light stuff right now like only deadlifting dump trucks and such for sets of 52 reps. I'll go heavier and start doing mountain ranges within the next few days.

but i got 75lbs for 2 reps.....hey its good for me so im happy.

also im like 170lbs now i lost lots of size but no strength sence i quit that bodybulding shit!!
