Ugh, those Burpees are whipping my ass. Doing them at the end of your workout beats the shit out of you.

CJN, keep up the good work man. When I was 12, I was still fucking around with model cars and Nintendo 64. The only lifting I did was whatever we had to do for football.

Nice rows Noskill. I've just started doing BB Row myself, still trying to get the technique down right.

Squated 410 x 2...a bit above parralel cause I'm using my home bench to take my mind off depth check and that's all I got that I can use as a box but hey... About 2 weeks ago I was srtugling like a motherfucker to get 330 x 1.
Finaly found a squat from suitable for my body...Thanx to Sherdog S & P.
Much thanx and keep them PR's coming!

Well...what works for me is having a real wide stance "horsman type''/"Sumo style", pointing my toes out a bit and opening my hips up a bit so that my knees are pretty much in line with my toes. Now when I'm squating down, I'm real square, super solid posture.
I contract my traps a bit and place the bar on em, nice and snug.
I keep my core nice tight during the lift and my back straight the whole time.
Now something else that realy helped (thanx to a post by Keith Wassung) was not worying so much about my depth and realy focusing on just moving the fuckin weight. I wanted to make sure that I was at least very close to 90 degrees but without having to concentrate on it so much (cause doing so drained alot of mental energy), so to make the depth instinctive I used my bench as a box for depth check. As soon as my ass touches bench I get that fuckin weight up. I'll gradualy lower that height to bellow paralel.
Anyways, there you go.

Yeah, not having to "feel" for depth is a huge advantage. Having my coach/TP's yell "UP!" once I'm legal (or deeper, if the coach says so), as opposed to sitting in the hole going "are my hips stretched enough for me to be deep?" makes a gigantic difference.

Squat:
405x5 for 2 sets. I worked up from 315x5 on a 5x5. Good times.

Did below parrallel squats today for the first time: 4sets X 4reps @ 315lbs.

They felt pretty damn good. Now that I've got the form and rhythm down, time to start stacking on the weight.
