hmmm I'm having a hard time figuring out if you're serious or not. Just make a thread about it in the appropriate forum (I'm guessing OT if you're talking about that kind of snatch )

First PR
Background/disclaimer... I've been a wrestler for more than half my life. My training until a few months ago has consisted of mostly bodyweight exercises and mad cardio. I discovered the S&P forums mid 2005 and have slowly made a transition to power oriented training. My roommate/brother-in-law is a power lifter and he's been coaching my form because until late last year, DL's and Squats were not part of my routine
Age: 27
Wt: 170 (lean)
Ht: 6
PR: DL 230 X 3 with good form on the first two. I know I could pull more but 230lbs is all I have. I also cleaned 145. I don't finish very well with these yet but I'll get there. Unfortunatly, I can only squat what I can clean becaue I don't have a rack. I'll be getting more plates soon, but I don't have the room for a rack in my house.
Well, that's where I'm at....more to come...

Alright ladies I did 260 bench easy, 10lb increase. First I warmed up, then did 255 with no hesitation, put 260 on again nice and smooth didn't struggle and the weight didn't slow down. Felt a little cocky tried 275 and got it uhh about all 3inches off of my chest.
Monday is sqauts, and ill be trying for 370 will be a 15lb increase if I get it. And BW 145-150.
UPDATE: 370 on sqaut felt heavy right when I got in on my back, was doubting myself the whole time, saying in my head how heavy it was. Went down and didn't even budge at the bottom, went to 360 which would have been a 5lb increase, again I couldn't do it. So im back where I started or even lower just going to do some different variations of sqaut to get me out of this rut.
