well here's a new PR for me, although a little off-topic with the recent lifts.
Old PR = 60 push-ups in 1 minute.
New PR = 72 push-ups in 1 minute.

Kind of a dumb PR but I'll post it anyway. Did this yesterday.
275 for two set of four on bent of rows
315 for 1 rep.
Just missed on a 475lb deadllift which would have been a PR. I'll get it in two weeks.

I will probably never get a new PR for pushups in 1 min ever again....
at age 18 I did 116 proper pushups in 1 min @ 138lbs. (I used a mat to hold on to, so I wouldn't make plyo pushup b/c of the speed needed).

I pulled 505 today. It was conventional style oddly enough and I did it after two misses at 505 sumo style.
I have the strength to pull more. Looks like it's back to conventional for me.
