Hey Fedorable, if it's no trouble to you, just a click of the button, I'd really appreciate looking at it, too.
It can't take but 30 minutes to read.

Functional hanstrength looks exactly like Matt's site. I made the mistake of subscribing to John's newsletter, it ended up with me getting 10-15 of his e-mails a day, a couple of them were actually in defense of Matt Furey. I sent them an e-mail telling them to take me off their mailing list and they complied.

Sonny, thanks for the heads up. I am flooded with their junk mail on a daily basis and I never even subscribed to it. I read when they were defending Matt and that is seriously when I knew that they were retarted. I will write them an email telling them how much I hate matt and see if they post it as a negative e-mail and tell their lackies that they banished me from their site. HAHAHAHAHA, they suck.

They were pretty good about unsubscribing me, but I haven't had the same luck with other sites.

Woe is me, I got sucked in by super secret comrade squirrel.
After all, for some odd reason, a Russian soldier can get away with marketing utter horseshit, where an American soldier wouldn't.

If you started out doing 3 sets of 12 reps (which you were if someone didn't get you started in the right direction at first, then the book would have some value.

Nope, I was being serious.

In some ways, Pavel is worse than Matt Furey.
I give “Combat Conditioning” a higher rating than “Power to the People.”
Also, please don't mention kettlebells; dumbells are better in several respects.

I agree that dumbells have benefits over ketlebells, just like kettlebells can have benefits over dumbells. However there are more than me that find them to be a helpfull tool, and hence popularising something that is good, makes you cool in my book.
I have only glanced over power to the people (yep didnt pay for it...) but I already think that I would rate it higher that combat conditioning. However I dont think combat conditioning is a bad little book at all, if you happen to download it for free that is (that Ross later crushed him with his underground guide doesnt help his case either..). It is after publishing that little text that Furey become the anoying monkey that he is.
So my opinion is that Pavel is a lot of gimicks with some substance behind it, where Furey dont have any real substance at all.

Dumbells have several benefits that kettlebells simply do not have.
The same is simply not true of kettlebells.
If you think otherwise, please list some benefits.
