5 sets of 100 crunches? Man I cant justify spending that much time on abs. Otherwise great routine!

Should I be flexing the guns in the mirror in between each set?

Gosh... some good suggestions. How could I have forgotten donkey calf raises. A note: for maximum cool, these are much more effective if you pin the weight at like 10 pounds, then have your "partner" sit on top of the machine.

Barbell curlz in the squat rack... duh. My bad. How could I have forgotten?

To those that have questioned my sanity -- sorry, but yes, I did, indeed, write this routine. What can I say... I was bored at work and writing useless shit sure as hell beats engineering. (bacon, Smashius: take note.)

Believe me, I have more than enough ways to not get any engineering work done, Wolfenstein enemy territoryx3 to failure is working wonders for me as is some really heavy sets of daytime television and cartoons (although I would'nt reccomend such a strenuous routine to the inexperienced procrastinator).

I have an addiction to deal or no deal, I really need help. Mind you it's damn funny to watch people come away with 1p.

Yeah it's my final year starting a few weeks from now, this is the year where I do the project work for my Master's so I guess I should actually, like get out of bed for reasons other than lifting weights and twisting people's limbs out of whack... on second thoughts that sounds like a really bad idea.
