Corp will either settle the case with an in-house counsel or turn it over to a private lawyer. Even a cheap associates lawyer's hourly rate is $100+. It would cost PF more than $1000 to defend this class in small claims court. Actually, the cost would probably run over $2500 if they had to go to court. If they really think you will sue, trust me - they will let you out of your contract and give you your money back.

You just need to get the right people to read your letter.
