Personal favorite Lift
Alright what is everyones favorite lift to do?
That one lift that you look forward to doing when you head to the gym because you know your going to destroy weight.
Mines a tie between DL and DB snatches, always get a good sweat on with the snatches

My favorite kettlebell workout:
Pick up kettlebell, place it out of the way.
Pick up barbell, Barbell squat. Barbell bench press.
Barbell deadlift. Chin-up.

For me it's either the deadlift or the power clean. I love doing the power clean, but I like doing the deadlift because no one in my gym deadlifts so when I put on a lot of weight I kinda drop it loudly as a eff you to everyone else.

Right now it's power cleans. I'm not particularly good at them, but I'm improving.
I like 'em because of the finesse element. Also because they work a lotta muscles. And because I can power clean 495 lbs. if I bounce the bar off the lifting platform to chest height. (Just kidding about that last one).

i just started doin clean and jerk again and I like it a lot but im weak as hell with it right now
