Last week, I had to drive about two hours away to see a client and on the return trip I was driving down the road and I swerved to avoid hitting something in my lane and as I passed it, I saw that is was a heavy duty nylong towing strap--just lying there. So I drove down, turned the car around, parked nearby and ran into the road and grabbed it--trying to avoid getting hit by oncoming cars. I took it home and tossed it into the garage as I has a 1001 things to do and had to catch a flight the next day to join my family on vacation. Now that I am back, I have to figure out what to do with it--probably use it for sled dragging, but I am sure there are many uses for it

I've got a pretty good setup right now

20lb medicine ball
300lb set and spare bar
sparring pads
pre/rehab bands
bench/squat stands with saw horses for safety catches
stationary bike
hanging bag
standing bag
grappling dummy
full sized truck

What I could really use is a couple more 45s, rubber floor mats for lifting from the floor, and wrestling mats.

I would buy a squat cage/powerrack before I bought anything else

The uprights on my bench can be adjusted up for squat stands. Combined with sawhorses as safety catches, while a cage/rack would be nice, it's currently less necessary than more plates (so I can at least regain my 1 PRs on ZDL and squats and then turn them into rep maxes) and mats for rolling.
