CoC stands for Captains of Crush (
www.ironmind.com ) which is a type of gripper used to be a standard of grip strength. Theres many variations of their grippers, a training gripper, and numbers 1-4, 1 being the easiest to close, 4 being the hardest. Only a few people have ever closed the #4 I think.
Anyway, yea that's going to be a nice setup. I have a power rack with an adjustable bench that does flat, incline, and decline that I just roll into the rack to bench. If you want dumbells, I would suggest getting two olympic size adjustable dumbell bars. It works just like a barbell, but is the size of a dumbell. Some people don't like them, but I find it to be a very cheap and efficient alternative to buying large amounts of dumbells.
