What is the best monthly magazine for strenght and power training?

Yeah seriously no bodybuilding mags atlest. I seriously believe they do more harm then good.

couldnt agree more but there is such a huge volume and they are so prevalent that they are all most people are exposed too.

I kind of like Muscular Development.

I never buy it but, I do stand there and thumb through the new issue each month. Sure it's full of the typical BB fluff. However, the first 50 pages or so contain a sort of "journal review" that highlights the latest research in strength, conditioning, nutrition. If I see something that piques my interest I write down the keywords and journal title and look it up later.

dude i went out and bough a bak issue of milo afte rthis and no shit it is the real deal....althought i have to admit it was a little skewed towards stones, grippers and oly lifts, would have liked to have seen more bp, dl, sq and some sports applications etc
