Starting HST tomorrow. Advise?, Critique my HST regime.

Hey guys hows it going.
I am a beginner bodybuilder and stumbled across HST and it seems really good.

I am looking at starting my first HST cycle tomorrow.

Now after reading a lot about compound excersies here is what ones i thought would be good for me.

Excersises:

Squats
Stiff Leg Deadlift
Bench Press
Bent Over Barbell Row
Deadlift
Military Press
Bench Dip (No access to a DIP bar)
Skullcrushers (I know its ISO but was advised its good with Close grip Bench press and bench dips)
Close Grip Bench
Reverse Calf Raise (Strictly for my Shin development for kickboxing, got told its good)
Standing Calf Raise
Abs (Not sure how you work them with HST do you do them 3 days a week or on off/cardio days ?)
Chin Ups/Pull Ups
Barbell Curls (ISO)

So what would be the best way for me to put that into the M W F workout.

Also with abs not sure how you work them with HST do you do them 3 days a week or on off/cardio days ?

Anything i should add or take out.
Cheers

This is not a bodybuilding forum, I suggest you google and look at t-nation.com

Doesnt Chrstian Thibadeau write a series about HST training at the moment? Go to t-nation and look it up. Its bodybuildingstuff and this is not a BB-forum.

I also started experimenting a little with HST.

My experiences: cause of doing full body, youre bound to get overtrained if doing too much every workout. Especially lower back and shoulders takes a lot of pounding. So youŽd better cut down on the pressing exercises, and alternate squat, deadlift and SLDL.

Also, you have to eat shitloads of food, full body HST is no joke, my ****bolism just skyrocketed during cycle.

For any more infos and my thoughts, check my log. (Second coming of Lard-ass) - no one else gives a damn, but maybe you can find it useful.

My advice? Drop it as fast as you can and get into powerlifting. I know that sounds rude, but bodybuilding is not worth a crap for MMA. It will put into a larger weight class, and your strength to size ratio will be off.

What the hell for? you realize that competing at 185 means you'll be fighting guys who normally walk around at over 200 lbs and cut to 185? Why not stay at 155 and cut to low 140's and smash on the little midgets?

HST is in the sticky, guys. Damn.

And I think HST is probably the best online resource for scientifically sound info on hypertrophy. Even pro footballers take time in the offseason for curls, tricep extensions, and other isolated movements that fit sensibly into a hypertrophy routine. Not everyone conjugates their periodization.

Shit, I learned a burnout set for DB Curls from a guy who made the roster for either the Falcons or the Jets (I don't remember which, he was a friend of a guy I played ball with at NYU, and he was eventually dropped because of a pinched nerve he had in his neck).
