Finally did a full one arm pullup. Locked out hang at bottom to full chin over bar lockout at top. Both arms. BAM!

Congrats man, that's a very impressive feat.

I used to be able to do this when I weighed around 150. I tried a couple partial and negative reps today and they were tough.

Fozzy, nice squats. 22 reps does seem kinda ridiculous for a 5/3/1 top set.

And nice job zeel, Oblivian, and Zero. I wish I didn't suck so much at squats.
