Yes, I took an attempt at 405 after 385 and my coach thinks if I had gone straight from 365 to 405 I would have hit it.

I will try it next week if my nuts feel hefty.

Height - 6'3"
Weight - 200lbs

Couple new PR's - Weighted Dips - 6 reps with 70lbs; DB rows with 115lb DB (10 reps); using the 80lb DB's on DB flat bench (7 reps)...I know that's not very impressive, but am making progress.

Box Squat - 265, which incidently is my last squat PR, and a 20 lb box squat PR
SLDL - 385... a FIFTY lb PR!

GM 5x2@80kg+2strong bands+2avg bands......Felt like breaking my upper back on every rep, but I did them

also 4x3@2x13.5kg DB pullover from the back bridge....heavy on the neck, but felt steady.

440lb Bench
610lb Squat
405lb Clean
280lb Military (i expect a higher number at next max, possible 350 ... hurt last max)
650lb Deadlift

Those are my current lifts as of my last maxxes.
