Last week I pulled a Deadlift PR - old PR was 409 - new PR is 435 lbs

Today I tried to work up to a Squat PR, but hurt myself so I went for a Bench Press PR.
Old BP PR was 265 - new PR is 280 lbs.

I will rehab and go for a squat PR soon I hope.
