Zercher squat - 137.5 kgs (303lbs), I'm past 300, W00t! This beats pre-surgery and back injury numbers. End results include a sore back and some rather nice forearm bruising.
Also squatted 130kgs x5 +2 rep PR

You just zerchered my max deadlift... Nice work! Gotta love the bruises of success!

Thanks, weirdly enough I always found zercher deadlifts much easier than squatting them, the squats also seem to give me much worse bruising.
Does anyone else find that zerchers make them seriously lighheaded once they rack? I'm grabbing the rack to stay upright for the first few seconds after each set.

I don't know if "lightheaded" is how I would describe how I feel, but it's definitely a "spent" feeling.
My PRs today:
270 front squat
275 w/belt
440 deadlift

Did a pistol!
(heel elevated)
First I did one with a counterweight, then without. I can do them semi-consistently without but sometimes I get stuck. Can't do left foot down yet.
