Let me second that. I'm from Richmond and there's events all the time. Call up the MMA Institute or Combat Sports and they'll be able to set you straight.

VA's too far away for me right now with school stuff. Like I said, I've gotta look central KY, mainly, and hope there's events when I have time to train to fight.

hit an overall PR today for my work sets deadlifting.

nailed 385x4 easy
nailed 405x3 right after that, with much better form than I've done in the past.

also hit 185x4 for power cleans. bw 135 today
