Snatch - 177.5 lbs (that's 80.5126457 kg for you metric sons of bitches), a 7.5 (3.40194278 kg) PR.

one handed deadlift - 225 no strap, 285 w/strap. First time on this exercise, but I'm posting it cause it was fun. so not really a quantifiable PR. Could have probably done more, but I was kinda just goofing around.

Really not bad considering the 3 hours of sleep I got last night and the gaping wound in my left hand.

urban did you use a hook grip or a normal overhand for the one armed DL?

Yes.

Actually I got it once with normal overhand, then failing a second time a couple minutes later I switched over to a hook grip and got it. My first hook grip experience really, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. 285 damn near took my thumbnail off though.

Hehe, no videos this time, but there *definitely* will be for the meet, if you can wait that long.

My buddy that was suppose to come yesterday chickened out (since he doesn't feel like he's strong enough to lift with my boys) and he would have been the one to have recorded it. Instead he sends me a text being all "um.. I'm sick" saying that he can't make it. Riiight.

We've got bench and pulling today, but I don't know if I'm gonna PR any of my pulls, since I got 285 last Wednesday, but we'll see
